Above images: Engineering factory relocation and clean: Approximately 20 assorted mills, lathes, EDM’s and grinders were relocated from Boronia to Dandenong and then complete clean of factory ready for re-letting.

As an auctioneer we constantly require clean ups of factories and warehouses where the assets have been sold. Typically a lot of rubbish and left over equipment is required to be removed. Matt and his team undertook a complicated and large clean up after our auction for ECH (a large welding and manufacturing site). The clean up was completed to an excellent standard with all rubbish removed from the site, unsold machinery moved to another location, floors swept and office cleaned up.
